	Drink lots of water throughout the day
	Eat juicy fruits like pineapples, oranges, melons, etc
	Eat a handful of almonds daily
	Take heavy, sweet, sour, salty foods versus bitter or astringent
	Avoid coffee and other stimulants
	Avoid raw foods and focus on cooked foods with Ghee (clarified butter)
	Stay around warm temperatures or warmer areas.
